Setra’s 328 Micro Display is designed for local pressure indication in semiconductor gas delivery systems and process tools. With a footprint of 1-1/8”, the Model 328 is ideal for high density down mount (IGS) gas sticks and panels. The Model 328 provides highly visible, 3.5 digits, 7 mm, red LED display while consuming very little power.

The local display is designed to be plugged onto, and be
viewed from, the top of the Model 223, 225 and 227 ultra-high purity transducers and transmitters.1 The inline installation receives power from the host system to power the display and passes it through to power the transducer. In turn, the 0 to 5 VDC, 0 to 10 VDC or 4 to 20 mA output signal of the transducer is read and displayed on the Model 328 and passed through to the host system for data logging.

The Model 328 is factory calibrated to the range and pressure units of your choice and displayed units can be switched by the user through the convenient front access push button. Field adjustments to zero and span are also provided through the push buttons.

The display face rotates 360o for viewing in any of four orientations and detents ensure proper positioning at each 90o angle. A choice of electrical connector combinations are available, including a 9 pin D-Sub or high density 15 pin D-Sub connectors to the transducer and power supply. A 6 foot pigtail cable option is also available for the system/power supply.
