If you would like to return a unit to Setra Systems for Service and/or Calibration, please complete the online Service & Calibration return form.
Once the form is completed please click "SUBMIT REQUEST" and our Customer Service Team will email you authorization and a Return Label with RMA # which will be used to return the product to us for Service. Once an RMA has been assigned to you, please send the package using the Return Label.

Calibration Service: Setra maintains a complete calibration facility that is traceable to the National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST).
To assure prompt handling, please make sure the RMA number is on the outside of the box. If applicable, include a copy of the PO for the return in the shipment.
